Covid-19 Update

Our clinic is currently open by appointment only. Each patient will be screened for covid-19 symptoms prior to their appointment and upon arrival. In order to do our part in keeping our staff and patients safe, we ask that our patients comply with the following safety protocols:

Please reschedule if you are experiencing symptoms of sickness or have travelled within 14 days of your appointment

Please reschedule if have been in contact with someone who has symptoms of sickness or has travelled within 14 days of your appointment

Please wear a face mask to your appointment

Please sanitize your hands upon arrival and as needed

Please come alone to your appointment (no additional guests or children)

Late appointments may not be accommodated and will need to be rescheduled

Please refrain from bringing food or drinks to your appointment

Please maintain social distancing while in clinic
